about

3,000 babies are aborted every day... Babies with their own unique DNA, from conception (the same DNA that baby would have as an adult mind you - no mutation going on). Babies with a heartbeat at 19 days. Babies who feel. HUMAN BEINGS.

We do a lot , politically, to fight to end or limit abortion, or to fight to protect the right to abort. We don't talk about it much, unless we are in the same circles, where everyone agrees. Or we shout. I want to talk about it...

If that baby is not a human being, then who cares about 3000 babies being killed every day? But if that baby IS a human being, just like you and me, well we should ALL care.

So the song is written from the perspective of a child in the womb, who knows he or she is going to be terminated. I wanted to share, because I thought maybe it could start a conversation. Maybe. Would you?

I'm giving the song away - but for every download or stream, I'm going to give $5 to an organization called New Life Family Services, specifically to a program called "Conquerors". This program is designed to minister to women who are hurting, due to a past abortion. You can read about them here:

lyrics

I wonder, will she think of me?
Will anyone think of me again?

Will nights be long for anyone?
Will anyone give me a name?

Among the faceless, the nameless
How can I expect you to care?
How can I expect you to love?
Can you see me?

Can you see me...

Will you give me a name?
Will you see my face?

I am seen...
I am known...

I am seen...
I am known...
